A working day is any time between Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm excluding national and international holidays.

We cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on international orders made. If import duties are applicable and customs have a work address, then we cannot be responsible for non-receipt of any correspondence sent by customs to the individual within the organisation.

Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for items being delivered to work addresses that are signed for but not forwarded to the recipient.

All orders are delivered to the shipping address and not to individuals at the shipping address.
 
 Please note that our postal services require a signature at the delivery address between the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm.
 
For new customers to CAAGIS we do not ship to alternative addresses to that of the cardholder’s billing address. However, after 28 days of receiving your first order UK customers can specify an alternative address for subsequent orders in the UK. The alternate shipping address must be located in the same country as that of the billing address used for the first order.
 
It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. If your order has already been dispatched then we are unable to cancel your order.
   
Any claims for items not received must be made within 28 days of placing your order.
