If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, without the labels or seals being removed and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item providing your item did not originally qualify for free shipping. Please note we reserve our right to send back items to you that have been returned to us for a refund after 14 days.
If you wish to exchange your item then items must be returned to us within 28 days of the date you received the item. You can exchange your items any number of times within a 28 day period, however delivery fees are applicable for each exchange processed.
Buyers are responsible for all returned postage costs. Please note we cannot be responsible for a returned package until it has successfully reached our premises. Therefore, we recommend for your protection, when returning an item to us that you use a Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, or for overseas customers, International Signed for, traceable service. We do not accept items returned to us by hand.
We can offer a credit voucher to enable you to shop with us at your leisure within a one year period, thus allowing you to take advantage of new offers or products. Please note that the value of the credit voucher will not cover the postage cost of an order if you spend less than the £75 threshold applicable for free shipping.
Whilst we endeavor to maintain high levels of quality in our products, in the event that the item you have received is either damaged or incorrect then we will happily, if available, provide an exchange for a replacement item or a refund and reimburse your reasonable (2nd Class Recorded) delivery costs for returning the item to us. For overseas customers, we recommend using Royal Mail's International Signed for Service and to declare the parcel as a return for the purposes of custom's clearance. CAAGIS is not responsible for customs fees for returning items as the item is not being sold to us.
Our Returns Process is as follows:
• Please log into your CAAGIS account and select “Order History” and search for your order.
• Click on the “Returns” button and complete the “Create returns request” form.
• You will receive an email from us with confirmation of your authorised return or further information once your request has been reviewed.
• To view the status of your return you can log into your account, select your order and click on the returns link for more information. Here you can also print an RMA slip to accompany your returned item. This process will allow us to complete your return promptly.
• If you should have any difficulty with the above process then please simply contact us.
Please ensure your item is securely packaged in its original condition without the labels or seals being removed. Any returns which are not accepted will be returned to you at your own cost.
Please ensure you notify us if your item is damaged within 7 days of receiving the item. We do not accept items, in this instance, if the labels or seals have been removed.
